Rx Training

  1. The main goal of the class is to activate inhibited muscles, eliminate mobility restrictions and dysfunctions, restore motor control, and mobilize joints.
  2. The second important part of the class is to restore and deepen daily breathing, bring the body into homeostasis and optimize body posture.
  3. Strengthening the Core and optimizing the body’s energy levels for sustained energy throughout the day.

Class Schedule

The Rx Training program is composed of the following;

  • Training is held x4 days/week and consists of the following;
    • Morning Time classes
    • Evening classes
  • The 5th day is game day, focused on emphasizing exercise as “play”, inspiring fun, vigorous competition between members.

Game Day

Game Day consists of:

  • Warmup & Muscle (10-15 mins)
  • Short WOD (10 mins) with members split into teams OR individual members competing with a focused goal to see the progression of;
    • Stability
    • Mobility
    • Speed/Performance

The main goal of the class is to build a healthy and educated member-driven community with a better understanding of the body and its functions.

Education is based on aspects of Health, such as;

  • Understanding the root causes of illness and pain stored/felt within the body (there is only health. Everything else is a symptom)
  • Optimal Nutrition education

The premium content of the program is based on creating the following;

  • Individual Nutrition plans
  • Healthy Lifestyle programs
  • Providing beneficial health products for purchase, geared towards helping each individual reach and sustain optimal health for maximizing the enjoyment of life.

      • Accept yourself as a whole and where you are currently. Before any transformation can begin, we must accept and love ourselves as we are now. This creates a solid foundation to build the results we desire upon.

      • Set your mind on achieving body transformation and lifestyle change. This is your personal journey, and no one will do it for you. You are fully responsible for yourself. Set and commit your mind to long-term discipline to achieve your goal.
