Appointments are based on therapists availability. We encourage you to book your massage in advance. Please consider we give our therapists a two-hour window for travel time. We occasionally accept walk-in appointments at our Burbank clinic based on therapist availability. Please call or conveniently book online to insure your desired service.
You may be asked about your medical history to gather information during the scheduling process. It is your responsibility to inform your massage therapist of any existing or past medical treatment, injuries, or conditions. If written permission from the physician is required, it is your responsibility to provide such information. This is considered to be verbal consent to receive a therapeutic massage and, will be handled as confidential information. When a therapist begins the scheduled session, the client is assumed to have given verbal consent.
We accept all major credit cards, checks, and cash. A credit card is required to book or hold an appointment. If you would like to pay with a check or cash, a card is still required to hold your appointment. Your card will not be charged until day of service unless requested otherwise. We do this to enforce our cancellation policy as stated below. You may add gratuity before or after your appointment. We recommend tipping in cash for convenience.
For scheduled services, a 24-hour cancellation notice is required, or you will be charged a $35 service fee. For cancellations made within 4 hours of your appointment, the full amount of your service will be billed to you.
Cancellations for large events and parties must be made 72 hours prior to scheduled service.
Late Arrival Policy:
We will not be able to extend the time allotted if you show up late to your appointment. It is at our discretion to allow partial or full appointment with advance notification. You will be charged to full amount for service requested.
No Show Policy:
If a client fails to show for their appointment, the full amount of the requested service will be billed to you. No exceptions.
Therapists and Practices:
Massage Rx massage therapists are licensed, certified, and insured. Therapists are not allowed to diagnose or prescribe medical conditions. You will be asked to seek further medical assistance if contraindications are assumed.
